Our neighbor caused a fire about a year ago that spread to our home. Our insurance adjusters referred Sevco Restoration to do the repairs, and our family could not have been happier with the results. Anthony and Jorge and their subcontractors were professional and straightforward. They arranged it all: structural engineers, asbestos removal, obtaining blueprints and expedited permits, electrical, flooring, roofing, plumbing, masonry and stucco work, painting, cabinetry, countertops and tiling, reinstalling solar panels and security windows, and the many other finishing touches that make a house a home. This was all done through difficulties in logistics including supply shortages, rigorous inspectors, and their daily 60-mile commute to our home. Sevco Restoration is a quality company. After a garage fire, they made sure that our whole home was safe to live in. Daliah was our "go to" person and Jorge (construction supervisor) did an excellent job seeing our home was just that, safe. During the "clean-up" and construction, Sevco added several niceties, such as ceiling lighting and fans where there wasn't any and replacing the outdated florescent lights in the kitchen. They used quality finishes (paint, counter tops, etc.). All of this while keeping us updated on the progress.
