Document Your Loss
We perform a full Matterport 3D Spatial Scan of your entire home. This will provide a 3D model with accurate measurements and documentation for future reference. It’s a vital step to complete so your insurance company will reimburse you for the amount you deserve.
Scope of Repairs
We prepare a detailed estimate that reflects everything needed to fully rebuild your home to pre-loss or better condition. Fire damage repair and restoration are often extensive, and our experts understand every detail matters.
Discuss & Defend Repair Plan
Insurance companies sometimes want to use their own fire damage contractor, which benefits them instead of you. We attend all walk-throughs and bring the necessary documentation to support our submitted scope of repairs and will defend all recommended repairs.
Schedule Pre-Alt “Fire Assessment” Inspection
We apply for this inspection with the applicable city/county municipality. Sometimes it’s necessary to hire an engineer for projects. If applicable, and a requirement of the Fire Assessment inspection, we will employ a trusted engineer for your project.
Obtain Permits
After the plans are approved, we will purchase all necessary permits to begin rebuilding your home so you don’t have to worry about the hassle.
Team Meeting
Once the agreed-upon settlement is reached, a meeting will occur with our Project Manager and other team members to go over the repair plan room by room. We will answer any questions you have and ensure you know exactly what will happen moving forward.
Design and Finishes
Either at the team meeting or soon thereafter, samples of applicable finishes will be provided. A change order will also be created and endorsed with the selected finishes, including cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint colors, sinks, faucets, and anything else.
Facilitation
Once most finishes are selected and signed off on, a projected date of completion will be supplied in writing with the payment agreement. Then we can begin rebuilding your home and life!
